Job summary
BDO Belgium seeks a Manager FS – Digital Customer & Sales to lead digital transformation initiatives in financial services, digitize the customer journey, and drive sales across channels. You will work with clients to optimize customer experience and develop digital strategies for banking and insurance domains.
You will oversee end-to-end projects, collaborate across teams, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to strategic priorities in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital business & transformation within management consulting or financial services.
- Strong understanding of client onboarding, lending, investments, insurances, etc.
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on digitizing the customer journey across products and client segments.
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives with project and budget oversight.
- Analyze customer interactions to extract insights and improve journeys.
- Design and enhance digital customer journeys across websites, mobile, social, and chatbots.
- Monitor journey performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive business development by preparing proposals and managing accounts.
- Recruit, mentor, and assess junior team members.
- Contribute to strategic priorities and go-to-market campaigns.
