Cohabs Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the TA strategy and execution across our international markets. You will partner with the HR Manager, hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire the talent needed to support Cohabs’ next growth phase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including in-house experience within a fast-growing or international company.
• Proven track record of owning Talent Acquisition strategy and independently managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and countries.
• Experience recruiting across international markets with understanding of candidate pools and market dynamics.
• Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Hands-on sourcing and candidate assessment experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Data, technology, and AI-driven mindset with experience implementing automation or AI solutions.

• Own Talent Acquisition strategy and roadmap end-to-end across international markets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across Cohabs’ international markets, from hiring needs to closing.
• Advise hiring managers on profiles, market realities, sourcing strategies, and priorities.
• Coach hiring managers to define recruitment needs and improve interviewing and assessment skills.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing and networking.
• Lead candidate screening and interview processes with strong assessment and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage multiple recruitment priorities across different countries and markets and communicate risks.
• Own recruitment reporting and KPIs to improve quality, speed, and conversion.
• Drive recruitment projects using automation and AI to scale tasks.
