Qover is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a minimum 3–4 month contract (CDD or freelance) to lead a high-volume recruitment sprint building a 15–25 person team. You will join an autonomous team from Brussels in a hybrid Belgian setup, with a dedicated WeWork space.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and ads, advise managers from intake to selection, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in start-up or high-growth environments.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Autonomous and pragmatic; able to manage a high volume of open positions.

Responsabilités

• Own the full life cycle of recruitment from sourcing to closing.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, events, and market research.
• Collaborate with managers from intake to selection, interviewing and closing.
