Azumuta is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own searches from start to signed offer, exploring unfamiliar markets and building an effective pipeline. You will craft smart sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and drive the full recruitment cycle for specialized roles.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting niche, specialist, or hard to find profiles.
• Hunter mindset with research, outreach, and experimentation.
• Strong judgment and curiosity to understand roles deeply.
• Direct and transparent communication with candidates and managers.
• Own searches end-to-end with proactive management.

Responsabilités

• Own searches from the start, aligning with hiring managers on profile and sourcing strategy.
• Run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, case assignments, offers.
• Create a candidate experience that is engaging, transparent, and respectful.
• Become a trusted partner to hiring managers and advise on best practices.
• Get creative with sourcing across networks, communities, partnerships, and channels.
• Know talent markets and turn market insights into better searches and decisions.
• Help build Azumuta's employer brand through campaigns and initiatives.
• Use data to track activity, pipeline, and identify improvements.
