Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of progressive channel sales experience with global scope.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop a partner ecosystem and drive channel revenue.
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English; ability to influence executives across cultures and time zones.

Aufgaben

• Design and launch a single global software partner program with partner types, tiers, eligibility criteria, benefits, obligations, and performance standards.
• Build commercial framework: partner agreements, discount and margin structures, incentives, deal registration, and engagement rules with direct sales.
• Recruit, onboard, certify, and enable partners across Europe, APAC, and Latin America; later lead a global team including regional channel managers.
• Own global indirect bookings performance and provide visibility of partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Develop joint business plans, scorecards, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews; establish governance and cadence for scale.
