Job summary

Esko is seeking a strategic, creative Global Social Media Manager to own and grow the organic social presence for Esko and TraceGains. You will write posts, design assets, shoot and edit videos, manage the calendar, publish content, engage with communities, and optimize performance while aligning with brand and legal guidelines.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Communications, Product, and Commercial teams to embed social into strategic initiatives, leveraging AI tools to enhance ideation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or related field (B2B preferred).
• Proven track record executing social strategy from concept to publication.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and editorial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the global organic social media strategy, execution, and performance for TraceGains and Esko.
• Manage the social editorial calendar, content planning, publishing schedule and reports.
• Develop audience, channel, content, and advocacy programs to build brand awareness and influence.
• Create and publish social-first content: posts, graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
• Transform narratives, customer stories, product innovation, events and research into social programs.
