Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Antwerp is seeking a Business Process Lead Service to shape and optimize global service processes across the PTS organization. You will act as a trusted partner to local and divisional management, translating needs into standardized solutions and driving operational excellence.

You will monitor KPIs, support centers in closing performance gaps, and lead a global BKU community with BPXs and BPLs, fostering knowledge sharing and effective change communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement and business transformation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinker; map processes and translate requirements.
• Global, multicultural environment familiarity and customer focus.
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve global service processes across the organization.
• Bridge business needs with global process standards and foster collaboration across teams.
• Lead a global BKU community with BPXs and BPLs, driving knowledge sharing and change communication.
• Provide expert support and perform root-cause analysis to resolve complex process and system issues.
• Monitor operational KPIs and support centers in closing performance gaps to achieve objectives.
