Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Product Owner / Team Leader to own a portfolio of critical applications for the aftermarket operations in our Antwerp-based operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary software development team to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions across multiple applications and stakeholders worldwide.

You will balance business value with technical feasibility, translate needs into clear priorities, and steer the team through AI-enabled and automation-driven

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as Product Owner or Team Lead in IT development.
• Experience managing priorities, roadmaps and backlogs across multiple applications.
• Excellent ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management at operational and strategic levels.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the application portfolio for aftermarket operations, defining the roadmap and backlog.
• Balance business value, technical feasibility and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with business and IT partners to align solutions with strategy and standards.
• Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team of developers and architects.
• Identify opportunities with AI and automation and prepare the team for future ways of working.
