You will lead through influence, manage scope and risks, and maintain customer value as a central focus while collaborating across regions and departments. This role is based in Wilrijk with hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical projects in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and facilitate engineering decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development and technology development projects across disciplines.
• Align international teams and manage scope, budget and risks.
