Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Antwerp is seeking a Business Process Lead Service to shape and optimize global service processes across the PTS organization. You will act as a trusted partner to local and divisional management, translating needs into standardized solutions and driving operational excellence.

You will monitor KPIs, support centers in closing performance gaps, and lead a global BKU community with BPXs and BPLs, fostering knowledge sharing and effective change communication.

Then join the Power Technique Service Division at Atlas Copco Airpower, where you work closely with customers, get loads of exciting possibilities, and have your initiatives realized. As Business Process Lead Service it’s your responsibility to drive operational excellence.

You will shape, optimize and strengthen service process across our PTS organizations while acting as a trusted partner for both local and divisional management. You will bridge business needs with global process standards, foster collaboration across teams, and help customer centers achieve sustainable performance improvements. You will report to the Business Process Manager Service Operations.

In this role, you will design and continuously improve global service processes in close partnership with service experts, local management, and divisional leadership to enable efficient and scalable operations. By challenging the status quo, implementing best practices, and driving operational excellence, you will help accelerate performance across Customer Centers worldwide. You will also build and lead a global BKU community together with fellow Business Process Experts (BPXs) and Business Process Leads (BPL's), fostering knowledge sharing, alignment, and effective change communication. Working from an end-to-end process perspective, you will translate business needs into standardized global solutions by capturing local requirements and collaborating closely with BPXs and cross-functional teams.

As the Single Point of Contact for assigned Customer Centers, you will provide expert support and perform root-cause analysis to resolve complex process and system issues through sustainable solutions. In addition, you will monitor operational KPIs, support Customer Centers in closing performance gaps and achieving business objectives, and ensure the effective follow-up and implementation of actions resulting from operational excellence initiatives and reviews.

• Experience in process improvement and business transformation initiatives.

Job location
