Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is seeking a Sr Program Manager in Beerse, Belgium, to lead end-to-end aseptic manufacturing programs within the Transformations PMO. You will coordinate across Engineering, MSAT, Quality Assurance, EH&S, Operations, and Supply Chain while engaging local and global stakeholders to drive timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, 10+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, strong GMP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or equivalent through experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing and new technology/product introductions.
• Proven experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect technical, operational, and leadership audiences.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and create structure while solving complex issues with a team.
• Strong quality and safety mindset, compliance orientation, and focus on reliable execution.
• Experience with agile delivery routines, sprint coordination, issue tracking, and knowledge management tools is an asset.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Dutch is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality standards, and funding commitments.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, MSAT, Quality Assurance, EH&S, Operations, Supply Chain, and partners.
• Engage local and global stakeholders, communicate progress in governance forums, and provide clear recommendations.
• Drive alignment between global and site organizations to ensure prioritization with strategy and execution.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, proactively managing risks and dependencies.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize resources across program workstreams for timely execution.
• Champion continuous improvement by challenging status quo and leading initiatives for better performance.
• Lead change management and organizational readiness by assessing impact and coordinating communication.
