Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Beerse/Antwerpen is seeking a Head of Global Process Management to lead end-to-end Quality processes, CAPA, deviations, change control and Quality Management Systems. You will drive governance, standards, and metrics across a global network.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will align Quality strategy with business needs, lead digital enablement, and foster a data-driven culture while ensuring compliance across regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
At least 12 years in regulated pharma/biotech/medical devices with global quality leadership.
At least 7 years of people management leading global teams.
Deep knowledge of GxP and global regulatory expectations.
Expertise in CAPA, deviations, change control, investigations, document management, and training.

Responsibilities

Lead design, governance, digital enablement and continuous improvement of global Quality processes.
Translate enterprise quality strategy into standards, measures and roadmaps.
Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Digital/IT to ensure adoption.
