Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse or Malvern seeks a Senior Manager to lead the evolution of Lab Workflow Systems across Therapeutics Development & Supply. You will direct a global team of Digital Product Owners, partnering with science, data, quality, and technology functions to build an integrated, compliant lab systems landscape.

The role requires strong leadership in regulated informatics, portfolio governance, and translating business needs into system and data strategies,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, engineering, informatics, or a related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech lab informatics or regulated technology environments with digital product leadership.
• Experience coaching and developing employees in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of scientific workflows and translating business needs into priorities.
• Experience with regulated system lifecycles, validation, data integrity, and GMP requirements.
• Proven track record owning roadmaps, prioritization, and governance across complex ecosystems.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with FAIR data principles and lab platforms preferred.
• Experience with Agile development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and communicate vision, strategy, target landscape, and roadmap for Lab Workflow Systems portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Digital Product Owners.
• Own portfolio prioritization, governance and value realization with metrics.
• Ensure lifecycle planning, service health, compliance, and sustainable support models.
• Partner with scientific, data, quality, validation, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Coordinate change, training, and adoption with change leads and customers.
• Promote workflow standardization and automation; explore analytics and AI opportunities.
• Influence vendor strategy and performance with procurement and technology owners.
• Build networks to benchmark portfolio and share leading practices.
