Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Supply Chain in Beerse, Belgium, is seeking an experienced Sr Program Manager Aseptic Manufacturing to drive high-impact programs and lead end-to-end site introductions of new products and technologies, with a strong focus on safety, compliance and sustainable operations.

You will build cross-functional teams across Engineering, MSAT, Quality, EH&S, and Operations, negotiate with stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure alignment of global and site priorities

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Technology is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in pharma/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional, virtual teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English fluency; Dutch is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality standards, and funding commitments.
• Build and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, MSAT, Quality Assurance, EH&S, Operations, Supply Chain, and relevant partners.
• Engage local and global stakeholders, communicate progress in governance forums, and provide clear recommendations to support decision-making.
• Drive alignment between global and site organizations to ensure prioritization aligned with strategy, decisions, and program execution.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and organizational change.
• Plan, allocate, and optimize resources across program workstreams to support effective and timely execution.
• Champion continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and leading initiatives that improve performance sustainably.
• Lead change management and organizational readiness by assessing impact, engaging stakeholders, coordinating communication.
