Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines Beerse is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive high-impact aseptic manufacturing programs. You will lead end-to-end site introductions of new products and technologies, ensuring safety, compliance, and sustainable operations across the Supply Chain.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or equivalent through experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of aseptic manufacturing and new technology/product introductions.
• Experience leading virtual and cross-functional teams in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to connect technical, operational, and leadership audiences.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and create structure while solving complex issues with a team.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Dutch is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end leadership for assigned programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality, resources, and funding.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, MSAT, Quality Assurance, EH&S, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Engage local and global stakeholders, communicate progress in governance forums, and provide clear recommendations for decisions.
• Drive alignment between global and site organizations to prioritize strategy and execution.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, managing risks and dependencies.
• Plan and optimize resources across program workstreams for timely execution.
• Champion continuous improvement to enhance performance in a sustainable way.
• Lead change management and organizational readiness by assessing impact and coordinating communication.
