Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Project Delivery & Portfolio Management in Geel/Antwerp, Belgium.

You will own the site project portfolio, deliver complex capital programs and lead a multidisciplinary team to convert strategy into executable priorities. The role demands a strong background in regulated manufacturing, end-to-end project delivery and executive-level collaboration with Operations, Quality and MSAT functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive engineering, project delivery, capital portfolio or program leadership experience in a complex matrix organization.
• End-to-end project lifecycle credibility, from concept and business case through execution, start-up, handover and benefits realization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; knowledge of commissioning, qualification and validation is strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the site project portfolio from demand shaping through execution and benefits realization.
• Set investment priorities by aligning capital allocation and resources with site strategy.
• Ensure delivery excellence across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, compliance and operational readiness.
• Provide senior project oversight and intervene to resolve constraints and sustain business value.
• Lead and develop the organization by coaching project managers, engineers and portfolio professionals.
• Drive engineering excellence and strategic alignment across design, constructability, commissioning, qualification and handover.
