Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager Distribution to lead Beerse Distribution Center operations, ensuring on-time, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of products worldwide. You will set strategic priorities, manage cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in GMP/GDP, EH&S, and customer partnerships.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and fluency in Dutch and English, with expertise in SAP/eWM/ariba and strong leadership in distribution

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or related field.
• Dutch and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex distribution operation for Beerse Distribution Center.
• Define cGMP/GTP objectives and roles across the organization.
• Define EH&S objectives and responsibilities and roll them out.
• Own and continuously improve the Distribution process and related sub-departments.
• Manage customer partnerships and drive cost performance.
