Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, IMSC Global Strategic Deployment to lead Global Strategic Programs with cross-functional impact. This role drives governance, funding, and execution milestones across the GSP, ensuring measurable outcomes and strong partnerships with senior leaders.

The position requires extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain strategy, program management, and leadership of global teams in a complex environment, with a hybrid on-site work model and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering is required.
• MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading a portfolio of Programs/Projects delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Leading a global team with responsibility for all aspects of Global Strategic Program Execution.
• Accountable for delivery of complex and often ambiguous Global End-to-End Programs in IMSC.
• Setting the vision and strategic value for the GSP team.
• Overseeing portfolio execution, dashboards and reporting, and post-implementation ownership.
