Job summary
Puratos, a global leader in bakery, patisserie and chocolate ingredients, seeks a Group Sales Excellence Lead at its Belgium HQ in Groot-Bijgaarden. You will define and lead our global Sales Excellence strategy, shaping scalable processes, governance, and ways of working across markets and channels to elevate commercial performance.
You will accelerate CRM adoption, drive data quality, and leverage AI-enabled tools.
Qualifications
- Senior sales leadership experience in international contexts.
- Experience implementing Sales Excellence programs across markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with CRM, analytics and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global Sales Excellence strategy across markets and channels.
- Increase sales effectiveness through pipeline management, account planning and segmentation.
- Accelerate CRM adoption, data quality, and use of AI-enabled commercial tools.
- Create visibility with KPIs, dashboards and benchmarking for continuous improvement.
- Build scalable sales capabilities via the Sales Academy and best-practice sharing.
- Lead global transformation and align regional/local sales orgs to global ambitions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Digital teams.
