Puratos, a global leader in bakery, patisserie and chocolate ingredients, invites a Global Market & Competitive Intelligence Manager to join the Headquarters team in Groot Bijgaarden. You will lead market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring to shape Puratos' strategic direction.

Collaborating with marketing, sales and R&D, you will deliver insights, country factbooks, and executive reports, while managing tools and training local teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in Marketing Intelligence, preferably international or B2B.
• Proven track record of developing and executing insight strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a global, cross-functional setting.
• Willingness to travel internationally 25% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Market Research: Identify market size, share, trends, and opportunities in bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, launches, pricing, campaigns, and business developments.
• Industry Trends: Stay up to date on industry trends, tech advancements, and risks to Puratos' business.
• Strategic Recommendations: Build market country factbooks; provide actionable insights to senior management and customers.
• Collaboration: Coordinate research with agencies/consultants; work with marketing, sales and R&D.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on findings to stakeholders.
• Tool Management: Manage tools for data collection and disseminate intelligence; train local teams.
