argenx SE in Ghent, Belgium, is seeking a senior leader to own and drive the Rewards & Recognition agenda for Developed Markets. The role focuses on shaping the framework for compensation, incentives, benefits, and recognition across a global landscape.

Based in Ghent with at least one office day per week, the role requires deep expertise in total rewards, stakeholder influence, and people leadership to align with the company’s growth and development plans.

Qualifications

8+ years progressive experience in Rewards & Recognition / Total Rewards.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and translating complex reward concepts into decisions.
Experience building and scaling job architecture and benchmarking capabilities.

Responsabilités

Own and drive the Rewards & Recognition agenda for Developed Markets.
Shape and deliver the R&R framework across Developed Markets with governance for compensation, incentives, benefits and recognition.
Own annual compensation cycles in the region ensuring quality, equity and fairness.
Translate market data and signals into actionable recommendations with senior leaders and HR partners.
Provide strategic guidance on complex reward decisions including senior hires, retention cases, and pay compression scenarios.
Partner with Talent Access on competitive offer construction for critical talent.
Lead cross-functional global initiatives connecting rewards, talent and development.
