Job summary

• Master's degree or higher in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
• Experience leading global reward frameworks and compensation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Azelis Remuneration Principles and govern salary bands and pay positioning.
• Lead annual merit review, STI/LTI processes and market benchmarking.
• Provide data-driven reward insights to ExCom and Remuneration Committee.
• Oversee benefits, pensions and international mobility governance.
• Develop reward analytics dashboards and ensure compliance with pay transparency regulations.
