Get 360Pharma seeks a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader to steer the global Regulatory Data Office and oversee the Regulatory Data Hub, ensuring trusted, high-quality regulatory data for BI and decision-making across the enterprise.

The role partners with R&D, IT, DDSAI, and the enterprise to embed governance standards, enable data-driven decisions, and advance end-to-end Regulatory Information Management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a regulated healthcare/pharma environment.
• Experience as data steward or governance lead in regulated settings.
• Strong understanding of regulatory data standards and governance.
• Proven leadership in global, matrix organizations.
• Experience with RIM, URP, and AI-enabled tooling a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mature the global Regulatory Data Office and RDH.
• Establish data governance policy, standards, definitions, and rules.
• Oversee data ownership, stewardship, quality, access, and decision rights.
• Collaborate across R&D, IT, and DDSAI to embed trusted regulatory data into programs.
• Provide strategic input for regulatory data tools and processes.
