Sandoz Private Limited is seeking a Head of Enterprise Business Data Governance to build and mature a robust, business-led data governance capability across master, reference, transactional, analytical, and AI-relevant data. The role ensures governance is embedded in business processes, with clear decision rights, measurable adoption, and scalable execution across all domains.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in enterprise data governance or related operating models.
• Experience delivering multi-phase organizational transformations with lasting business ownership.
• Strong executive stakeholder management across Business, Technology, Finance and Risk.

Responsabilités

• Define and own Enterprise Business Data Governance strategy across master/reference/transactional/analytic data and AI datasets.
• Establish data governance as an enterprise-wide capability embedded into business processes.
• Lead the Enterprise Data Governance Hub: cadence, metadata, glossary, lineage, data quality, and controls.
• Design and operate a federated Hub-and-Spoke governance operating model balancing central standards with domain accountability.
• Drive change management, training, and stewardship enablement across business units.
• Transition plan from Technology-led to Business-owned governance with milestones and accountability transfer.
