Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader to oversee data governance and the Regulatory Data Hub. The role leads a global team of data stewards, sets standards, and partners across R&D, IT, and enterprise to enable trusted data for analytics and decision-making.

The position supports end-to-end Regulatory Information Management through URP and drives transformation across RKPE pillars, ensuring governance is embedded in major programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical/healthcare environment.
• Experience leading data governance, data stewardship, and regulatory data standards.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills in a global matrix.
• Knowledge of IDMP, SPOR, xEVMPD, and related regulatory data requirements.
• Experience with end-to-end regulatory information management (RIM) programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Regulatory Data Hub and Regulatory Data Council.
• Own data governance policy, standards, definitions, and business rules.
• Oversee data quality, stewardship, and enable analytics across GRA data domains.
• Drive end-to-end RIM transformations and URP adoption.
• Partner with IT, data science, and R&D to embed trusted data in decision-making.
