DESOTEC is seeking a Data Lead to shape and lead its global data strategy. You will own the data roadmap, drive enterprise reporting across ERP, data platforms and BI, and establish governance, quality, and security standards.

You will guide architecture, pipelines and analytics, drive AI use cases, and lead a high-performing team across multiple countries to support strategic decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Approximately 5 years of data analytics, FP&A, controlling or similar data environment.
• Proven people leadership in international settings.
• Strong technical knowledge in data architecture, BI and analytics.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL and ERP ecosystems (Dynamics 365).
