Fluxys seeks a Data Manager to define and drive the group‑wide data strategy, ensuring data quality, security and regulatory compliance while enabling value creation across operations, finance, ESG and analytics. You will report to the Director Digital & IT and lead the central Data function with a federated model across units.

Responsibilities include governance, architecture, and platforms, plus steering high‑value use cases and ensuring a trusted, enterprise‑wide data culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in data, IT, engineering, economics or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven experience deploying enterprise‑wide data strategies in complex organisations.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable data solutions.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement an enterprise data strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Establish and operate a clear data governance model across the group.
• Oversee data platforms, catalogues, and analytics foundations.
• Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify high-value data use cases and steer analytics initiatives.
