Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Banking or Insurance consulting
• Experience with BCBS239 and/or RDARR programs
• Strong regulatory knowledge including ECB, NCAs, JSTs
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments
• Commercial mindset with client relationship growth

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor to banks and insurers on BCBS239 and RDARR topics
• Lead maturity assessments and remediation roadmaps for clients
• Develop and present implementation roadmaps and transformation programs
• Oversee cross-functional client engagements across Benelux
