WLG is seeking a professional to chair the weekly data governance board in a multinational setting. You will plan, run, and close the board with clear decisions, assign owners, and ensure submission packages are complete.

You will record proceedings, track data governance indicators, identify root causes, and ensure artefacts align with terms of reference. The role involves supervising a working group and driving corrective actions. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Experience in running data governance boards and owning governance artefacts.
• Ability to define and report data quality and governance indicators and translate them into actionable items.
• Experience onboarding data sources and ensuring documentation is complete and auditable.
• Excellent written records: minutes, recommendations and submission packages.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Chairing the weekly data governance board — planning it, running it, and closing it with clear decisions, actions and named owners.
• Preparing submission packages for the board and ensuring they are complete and ready for decisions.
• Recording proceedings with decisions, actions, owners and deadlines, and storing them so they are traceable.
• Tracking and reporting data governance indicators and data quality measures weekly, identifying root causes of gaps.
• Ensuring mandatory governance artefacts are collected and aligned with the board's terms of reference.
• Supervising the working group that prepares decision and recommendation packages.
• Proposing and tracking corrective and improvement actions.
