Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, IMSC Global Strategic Deployment. The role requires 12+ years of portfolio leadership, strong executive collaboration, and experience in change management within a global supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Supply Chain or Engineering required.
• MBA, or equivalent, highly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading a portfolio of Programs / Projects delivering results.
• Experience creating and delivering end-to-end strategy across supply chain.
• Proven track record of influence and collaboration at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team for Global Strategic Program Execution.
• Set vision and strategic value for the GSP team.
• Oversee portfolio execution, dashboards and post‑implementation ownership.
• Serve as escalation point for cross‑functional barriers and alignment.
• Provide oversight of portfolio interdependencies and risks.
• Build cross-functional partnerships for robust business case development.
• Ensure program resources are included in the business and financial plans.
• Deliver robust data, metrics, and analytics for execution.
