DynaFin Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Process Analyst with payments experience to join our team. You will analyze, optimize and implement payment processes, working with business and IT stakeholders to deliver efficient and compliant solutions.

You will document end-to-end payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments), identify risks and improvement opportunities, translate business needs into functional requirements and support testing and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in payments
• Strong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments)
• Experience within banking or financial services
• Solid understanding of BPMN or similar
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory)

Responsabilités

• Analyze and document end-to-end payment processes (SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, etc.)
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for IT
• Support the implementation of process improvements and system changes
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g. PSD2, compliance frameworks)
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, compliance, and business teams
• Contribute to testing activities (UAT) and validate implemented changes
• Monitor process performance and define KPIs
