DynaFin is seeking a Process Analyst with payments experience to analyze, optimize and implement payment processes across SEPA, SWIFT, and instant payments.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications, support UAT, and ensure regulatory compliance (PSD2) while driving KPI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in payments.
• Strong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments).
• Experience within banking or financial services is required.
• Solid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory).
