Axis Group is seeking a Client Administration Officer to support the Private Banking team with daily administration and client lifecycle tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy in onboarding, KYC, and data management, with fluency in Dutch and French required for daily client interactions.

You will handle client requests, maintain CRM records, and assist with reports and events while contributing to a high-quality client experience at our Brussels headquarters.

Qualifications

• Masters in Dutch and French preferred, fluent in both languages.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field preferred.
• Experience in a financial environment or private banking is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Responsabilités

• Support Private Banking team with daily administration.
• Manage and update client files.
• Perform KYC and compliance checks.
• Coordinate client onboarding and account openings.
• Process and follow up on client requests.
• Handle financial transactions and investment orders.
• Maintain client data in CRM systems.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support client events and initiatives.
