You will shape policies, drive cost savings, and align procurement with product and growth goals, while ensuring service quality and resilience in a dynamic telecom connectivity environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement leadership experience in fast-growing environments.
• Experience building procurement functions, policies, and vendor management processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead global procurement strategy to support international expansion.
• Lead high-value negotiations with telecom and connectivity partners for favorable terms.
• Establish company-wide procurement policies, processes, and vendor risk frameworks.
• Analyze and optimize global supplier spend for savings without impacting quality.
• Develop supplier performance metrics across 200+ destinations.
• Create scalable vendor management workflows for accountability and transparency.
• Partner with finance, product, and operations to align procurement with business goals.
• Develop processes to manage increasing operational complexity and scale.
• Provide strategic leadership on supplier risk, opportunities, and procurement decisions.
• Establish procurement as a strategic function contributing to profitability and resilience.
