You will manage bookings from start to finish, monitor progress, liaise with customers, and support invoicing while ensuring compliance with customs and international trade

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean freight forwarding, ideally export operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and export processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.

Responsibilities
