Expeditors in Belgium is seeking an Ocean Export Lead Agent to ensure timely movement of freight and accurate data handling within the Ocean Export Department. You will work under the Ocean Export Lead, Supervisor and Manager to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires 2-3 years in export operations, fluency in English and Dutch, and strong organization. We offer growth opportunities, training, and a supportive team in a global logistics network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in export operation.
• Understanding of ocean documentation process is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal and concise communication skills.
• Pro-active, strong organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; living in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace Ocean Export Files and reporting
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external
• Understand department process flow and look for best practices to improve efficiency
• Ensure all customers SOPs are in place and updated in the DLSOPs
• Overseas communications and timely responses to emails and requests
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
