Sarens NV in Wolvertem, Belgium, seeks a Global Mobility Specialist to own international mobility cases and help professionalise our mobility policies. You will work with HR and business partners globally to ensure compliant, efficient assignments and continuous process improvement.

Role combines operational excellence with strategic impact, requiring 5+ years in global mobility, strong immigration and payroll knowledge, and fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Law, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Global Mobility, immigration or international employment.
• Proven experience independently managing international mobility cases.
• Strong knowledge of immigration, income tax, social security, payroll and labour law.
• Excellent communication in English and Dutch; strong intercultural skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage international mobility cases including short- and long-term assignments, permanent transfers and international hires.
• Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, social security, payroll and labour law across multiple countries.
• Serve as the trusted contact for employees, HR and external partners on mobility matters.
• Coordinate with vendors and support mobility audits; drive process improvements and data transparency.
