EY Belgium is seeking an experienced Immigration Consultant to join the Global Immigration team. You will support clients with immigration matters across the full lifecycle of international assignments, focusing on advisory and operational execution.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Law and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong English and additional Dutch or French language skills. Flexible working arrangements include remote work and office options in Antwerp, Ghent or Hasselt.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant immigration experience.
• Strong written and verbal English; Dutch and/or French are strong assets.
• Client-oriented mindset and ability to translate complex immigration rules into clear advice.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Advise multinational clients on Belgian and international immigration regulations including work permits, residence permits, visas and posted workers’ compliance.
• Manage end‑to‑end immigration cases from initiation to filing and follow‑up with authorities.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, assignees and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor legislative developments and translate changes into practical client advice.
• Support with immigration aspects of international assignments and mobility programs.
• Assist with audits, inspections and risk assessments related to immigration processes and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and digitalisation initiatives within the team.
