BMSvision, a leading MES solutions provider, is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive growth by selling MES systems to B2B customers in global textiles and plastics markets. You will engage with strategic decision-makers and work with sales agents across countries to unlock new opportunities in Industry 4.0.

Qualifications

• Technical or technical/economic master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Around 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in manufacturing/MES.
• Proven track record in complex, project-driven sales with long cycles.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, etc.) are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Sell MES systems to B2B customers in global textiles and plastics markets.
• Engage with strategic decision-makers (owners, GM, IT and production management).
• Collaborate with sales agents and research market potential for countries.
• Prepare offers, launch marketing campaigns and make presentations.
• Participate in national and international fairs.
• Convince customers that BMS is their partner for Industry 4.0.
