Job summary

BMSvision, a Belgium-based MES innovator, is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive growth across textile and plastics sectors worldwide. You will sell MES solutions to major B2B clients, coordinate with regional agents, and build strategic partnerships to expand Industry 4.0 adoption.

The role demands a technical or technical/economic master’s degree, about a decade in sales, and a proven track record in long sales cycles. English fluency is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical or technical/economic master’s degree or equivalent experience with software-driven solutions.
• Around 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within manufacturing, MES a plus.
• Experience in complex, project-driven sales with long sales cycles.
• Fluent English, additional languages such as French, German, Italian are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Sell MES systems to B2B customers in global growth markets (textiles and plastics).
• Engage with strategic decision makers (owners, GM, IT, production management).
• Collaborate with sales agents in each country to evaluate market potential and select partners.
• Prepare offers, launch marketing campaigns, and deliver presentations.
• Participate in national and international trade fairs.
• Think along with customers to position BMS as their Industry 4.0 partner.
