Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Change Lead to drive modernization of the CRM digital and data landscape. This role partners with CRM leadership and enterprise functions to align digital investments with quality, compliance, and business priorities.

The position provides portfolio-level leadership across lifecycle management, data strategy, governance, and adoption, owning senior-level escalation and vendor direction while guiding substantial cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree in a scientific, technology, data, engineering, business, or related discipline.
• Masters or advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, budgets, governance models, and value measures for digital or process modernization.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the CRM digital and data strategy, target state, roadmap, investment priorities, and value measures.
• Provide portfolio-level leadership across digital lifecycle management and data quality initiatives.
• Design and chair governance for demand, change, data, and investment priorities.
• Set direction for trusted data, master data, taxonomy, metadata, and analytics.
• Represent CRM-OpEx in cross-functional forums and collaborate with enterprise teams.
• Lead external vendors, contractors, and partnerships with clear expectations and oversight.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and risk management within the digital portfolio.
