amfori is seeking a Business Insights Expert to collect, analyse and translate market, customer, member and competitive intelligence into actionable insights that drive business development and strategic decisions.

You will guide acquisition priorities, identify growth opportunities and support decision-making across the organisation, blending strong analytical capabilities with commercial acumen in a global context.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, market research, commercial insights, strategy, consulting, or related field.
• Experience working with CRM platforms and analysing customer and pipeline data.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset and business acumen.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and manage stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English; other languages are an asset.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyse market trends, industry developments and external data sources to support strategic planning.
• Analyse CRM, pipeline and customer data to uncover trends and opportunities; conduct win/loss and customer behaviour analyses.
• Develop data-driven frameworks to prioritise markets, segments and opportunities and support acquisition strategy.
• Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for targeting, positioning and messaging.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources; identify gaps and improve data quality and processes.
