Burson Brussels seeks an Intelligence & Insights Lead to drive growth of the intelligence and insights offer. You will report to the Belgium CEO and work with the EMEA Chief Intelligence and Insights Officer to shape market briefs and deliver data-driven client recommendations.

You will collaborate with market leadership, regional hubs, and cross-functional teams to deploy scalable data solutions while championing data ethics and AI capabilities across Europe. Hybrid in-office work is common.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data, intelligence and insights and a proven track record of driving commercial growth.
• Deep understanding of the communications landscape, emerging technologies, and AI in PR.
• Experience of, or proven interest in EU policy communications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
