amfori is seeking an experienced Manager Membership Support to lead our global membership support function from Brussels. You will drive service excellence, manage operations, and coach a distributed team across regions to deliver a consistent member experience.

In this role you will define KPIs, optimize ticketing and onboarding workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate member insights into tangible improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or similar service environments.
• Experience managing service processes and support teams in an international setting.
• Proven ability to work with KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead Membership Support Operations and set service standards.
• Define and monitor KPIs and service levels for global regions.
• Oversee onboarding, changes, and offboarding of members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve products and engagement.
• Lead and develop a global Membership Support team across countries.
