Bekaert is seeking an experienced M&A Manager to drive strategic transactions and corporate development initiatives. You will lead complex mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and partnerships from opportunity assessment to integration, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value.

Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years in M&A, strong financial modelling skills, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a global setting.

• Strong financial modelling and business case development.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestments, JVs and partnerships from target identification through closing and integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, Operations, IT and Compliance.
• Prepare robust business cases and investment recommendations for senior leadership.
