Heidelberg Materials Benelux is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to join the team at our headquarters in Braine-l'Alleud. You will reinforce the L&D team and report directly to the L&D Manager, helping to coordinate training across three business lines and the full employee population.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or equivalent by experience.
• Experience affinity with HR, Learning & Development & Health & Safety matters.
• Dutch and French bilingual; fluent in English.
• Willing to travel to different locations in Belgium; valid B driver's license.
• Organized, flexible, team-player and focused on deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day organization and administration of trainings for three Business Lines and the full employee population, focusing on technical and function-specific trainings and mandatory certifications.
• Maintain close contact with the Business, managers and local contacts to collect training requests, coordinate registrations, and ensure timely training.
• Support local Training Administrators at different plants with information sharing and best practices.
• Centralize and follow up training requests, including registrations, PO and subsidies with the L&D Manager.
• Manage practical and logistical organization of trainings: invitations, dates, rooms, catering, lists, materials, and feedback.
• Follow up mandatory trainings and certifications and contact managers or local contacts for outstanding actions.
• Prepare and maintain training reports and follow-up lists for registrations, attendance and completions.
• Coordinate with internal and external training partners regarding planning, registrations and logistics.
• Contribute to L&D improvement projects, particularly Workday, with Heidelberg Materials Group.
• Act as back-up for L&D colleagues for administrative coordination of programs.
• Ensure complete administrative follow-up of trainings in Workday and other systems: creating sessions, registering participants, tracking attendance, updating records, certificates, and expiry dates.
