Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Lab Workflow Systems to lead the evolution of digital lab workflows across Therapeutics Development & Supply. This role will drive strategy for electronic laboratory notebooks, laboratory execution tools, sample/inventory capabilities, and connected data flows in Beerse, Belgium or Malvern, USA.

You will mentor Digital Product Owners, coordinate with scientific and quality functions, and ensure compliant, scalable solutions across a global

Qualifikationen

10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory informatics, or other regulated technology environments.
Proven experience leading Digital Product Owners in a global setting.
Strong understanding of scientific laboratory workflows and regulated digital systems.

Aufgaben

Build and communicate the Lab Workflow Systems roadmap with the Digital Product Owners.
Lead a global team, driving governance, prioritization, and value realization.
Partner with scientific, data, quality, validation, architecture, technology, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to translate business needs into strategies.
Shape and coordinate change, training, and adoption with functional change leads and customers.
