Qualifications

- Experience leading LIMS initiatives in life sciences/pharma environments.
- Strong collaboration with global teams to translate business needs into technology platforms.
- Experience gathering requirements and forming product vision and OKRs.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with Agile methods.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for IM LIMS portfolio.
- Translate business needs into development requirements for the IM LIMS platform.
- Oversee product management across multiple modules and align squads with OKRs.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver value.
- Drive reporting and analytics to monitor squad performance and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor engineers, shaping team vision and way of working.
