Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in compound logistics, sample management, or related fields.
• Proven leadership managing teams and complex operational environments.
• Experience aligning local operations with global priorities in a matrixed setup.
• Lean-based operational excellence, process optimization, automation, and performance management.
• Strong stakeholder management across scientific, technical, and business functions.
• Experience managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Compound Logistics in Beerse, ensuring inventory, storage, and fulfillment across global R&D network.
• Drive automation, digital technologies, analytics, and continuous improvement to boost productivity and quality.
• Build partnerships across Biology, Chemistry, Screening, Informatics, Procurement, and external collaborators.
• Represent Beerse logistics in global initiatives and report performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop and lead a high-performing, inclusive team with safety, quality, and innovation focus.
