Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Engineer for LIMS within Innovative Medicine to shape the LabVantage LIMS strategy and roadmap globally. You will partner with global teams to drive value, oversee product management across modules, and guide software engineers toward delivering high-impact features.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in LIMS leadership, strong LIMS workflows knowledge, and experience with SDLC/Agile. This role offers a global impact and a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 5+ years leading LIMS initiatives in life sciences/pharma.
Strong understanding of LIMS/Labs workflows and product backlog management.
Experience with SDLC and Agile project management.
Ability to translate business needs into product vision and OKRs.

Aufgaben

Define strategy and roadmaps for IM LIMS globally.
Translate requirements into development execution for IM LIMS.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Manage squad OKRs and resourcing; drive sprint analytics and reporting.
Lead Change Control and Risk Management processes.
